I've been using this app for a while now, and I must say it's exceptional. What truly sets this app apart is the excellent customer service. One of their support team “Audrey” is very responsive and genuinely helpful to addressing my issues. Overall, this app has exceeded my expectations in both performance and service. The customer service is amaizing. Hana helped me in everything I asked for, specially on the customization of the loyalty page.

Hana and Raymond were so helpful today. I spoke to Hana at length as I'm new to the app and had various questions since this is my first time launching and rewards and loyalty program. I had over 10 questions and each were answered and explained so efficiently, meanwhile Raymond was working in the background to help customise my program. Thank you both very much for such a friendly service and helping me get my program up and running.
