Tolle App, vor Allem der Support ist sehr hilfsbereit und schnell.
Bei Problemen wird selbst Nachts noch geantwortet und das Problem am nächsten Tag behoben.

Just moved from one of the other big loyalty programs because since they sold the support has been downhill and the system buggy - to the stage that I've got customers emailing me very upset as their points have disappeared and they think we are deleting them. If working with Joy Loyalty & Rewards is as good longterm as the onboarding I'll be with them for life! Thanks for your help guys.

Was looking for a new loyalty app and i chanced upon this. it is user friendly and support folks Candace and Liz were quick to help with my issues. mainly downloaded cause it was free but it seems to work really well.
