Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program

Just down loaded the app today. I have been working through setting it up to launch our loyalty program. I ran into a slight issue and reached out to support. Emily quickly resolved my issue and I am back at customizing our program. Thank you Emily.

Awsome customer support. Need some translations to czech language- Esther really helped me out.

Have only had it for 2 hours but so far so good. I had a problem pop up and the live chat is amazing - Liz jumped on to help me and solved it really quickly.

I'll update this review if any issues arise.

I just set up the app, so I haven't seen it in action yet. What I've done so far to set it up was fairly easy and the customer service representative I spoke to was really helpful. Her name was Rainy.

So far great! Hana was very helpful & efficient is setting up the app. Everything went smoothly & really quick

I had some issues setting up and Esther was very kind and helpful, she stayed with me until everything was fixed. Awesome customer service.

so far so good, may be to early to tell, but launch and set up is simple and clear. easy to understand

I'm loving the Joy: Loyalty Program app on my Shopify store MoonGoddessGifts.com. I just started using it and it is wonderful that I can customize the colors/theme.
