I have been using this app for a while now and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From its seamless functionality to the exceptional customer service, my experience with Joy has been nothing short of outstanding.

The app works flawlessly, allowing me to effortlessly set up and manage a rewards and loyalty program for my Shopify store. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I was able to customize the program to suit my brand and engage my customers effectively, thanks to the app's versatile features.

What truly sets Joy apart, however, is their exceptional customer service. Esther, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me with any queries I had. Her prompt and helpful responses made the entire experience even more delightful.

I needed a loyalty app for my store with a rewards system that is simple to use. Joy has what I am looking for at a super affordable price point. Setting up was pretty straight forward. I reached out to their customer service to get some clarity on how the referral program works and Audrey was super helpful. In fact, I've reached out a couple times prior to this, and the customer support I received was quick and responsive every time.

The app is doing okay so far, I am using the free plan right now. The Customer Service team members (Tiana, Toby, Esther) are very helpful and have provided immediate support when needed. It's a bit disappointing that the point balance function cannot work with the Shopify New account type and hopefully this can be resolved in the future.
Also, when customer redeemed their coupon, under the Reward list, it only shows the code and the reward description (e.g. Discount £1 for every 100 points) but not the actual amount of the coupon, I think it would be more helpful for the customer to see the value of their coupons if they have redeemed more than one.

Initially, we loved this app. My customers were thrilled to have access to collecting points and redeeming them with coupons. After only a short period of time, my app stopped working completely. Customers no longer were collecting points and we could not target the cause. I contacted customer support via email- because there is no quick and easy access to support- and began the process to try to correct the issue. I start the process of correction and then am ghosted by all members. In which I then have to begin the process all over. I am paying for this service and unable to use it. My screen is completely blank so I cannot even cancel my subscription. I am extremely frustrated with this company and will never recommend. Over a month of trying to resolve and/or cancel this issue and no one has offered to complete the task of helping me, or even cancelling the subscription.
Do not get this app. They’re junk.

So far so good. Seems quite clear and in depth, so looking forward to implementing it into my store.
