Hana was quick to help and her suggestions were clear and straight to the point.
Apps easy to use and does everything we needed, the support from Audrey and all other staff has been very helpful and timely!
Initially, we loved this app. My customers were thrilled to have access to collecting points and redeeming them with coupons. After only a short period of time, my app stopped working completely. Customers no longer were collecting points and we could not target the cause. I contacted customer support via email- because there is no quick and easy access to support- and began the process to try to correct the issue. I start the process of correction and then am ghosted by all members. In which I then have to begin the process all over. I am paying for this service and unable to use it. My screen is completely blank so I cannot even cancel my subscription. I am extremely frustrated with this company and will never recommend. Over a month of trying to resolve and/or cancel this issue and no one has offered to complete the task of helping me, or even cancelling the subscription.
Do not get this app. They’re junk.

I installed Joy earlier this week and have had great service from Pamela when I had questions.
This app is great, and I'm loving it so far! When it comes to Hana's support, I must give the highest praise. Her assistance in this app has been outstanding! There are lots of options to consider when setting up a program like this, and I really appreciate the guidance and help I've received from her through the chat feature. Most recently, Hana has helped me and was able to answer each question promptly. She provided screenshots to help me navigate to the right screens for setting up the options I wanted. Her professionalism and patience made the whole experience incredibly smooth. Thank you, Hana!
Fantastic app - really good customer service which is available during working hours with quick response times.
I tried many different loyalty programs - this one seemed to have the most features for the money.
I like this app. Very easy for work after Lydia from customr support helped me. She explained everything to me carefully and in detail. Whit pleasure, now I will use the new app in my store. Thank you so much, Lydia
