It was very easy to set up and the chat box to utilize all resources was very convenient. I am looking forward to offering loyalty rewards to my customers.

Joy helping center/supporter help me to clear all of my questions. They provide the information on the point. I appreciate that all of the problems were solved immediately.
On the other hand, Some features on the Loyalty page are still not available such as Comparing the Perks regarding the VIP tier.

This shopify app is simple to install and has a clean interface. Marcus was quick to respond and a great help. Still no issues after a few months. Prakash quickly made some interface modifications to enhance our customers experience.
