I recently set up Joy: Loyalty & Rewards Program and had an outstanding support experience. Audrey, Jasmine, and Juliana were incredibly quick in addressing my setup issues, providing efficient and friendly assistance. Their 24/7 availability made the process seamless, and their expertise ensured a smooth setup. Joy's customer support team truly goes above and beyond, making them a top choice for anyone seeking a reliable loyalty and rewards program.

It's fast and easy to setup and the customer service was great, thanks to Juliana who helped me throughout the process.

Emily provide very quick response to assist us to move the Reward Icon by 20-25pixel. Great service, great program. And hoping the pricing remains affordable.

Disappointing. The CS was very helpful at the very beginning. However, due to their unknown technical problem, over 6000 customers accounts were duplicated. New accounts were generated automatically every 2 second and their team was unable to make it stop. After 17 days, the problem is remained unsolved. We've been waiting for their replies day by day and they won't contact you unless you contact them. And when they said the duplicated accounts were deleted, actually that's not true as over 6000 duplicated accounts were still there. Their CS didn't even check before they write to their clients. Truly not recommended. If I haven't launched the programme earlier, I would surely delete the app.

Very useful rewards program. It's the most complete so far after comparing tons of plugins here on Shopify. Support is top-notch. They resolve all my issues within a day. And special thanks to Liz for quickly helping me on any of my questions, fast!

Great app that is relatively easy to set up and use. The online chat feature is great if you have any questions. Audrey, in particular, has been super helpful with excellent advice and great response times. Highly recommend :)
