Awesome app. Easy to use and fast help. Esther is a great asset and great help to people with questions. Very quick and responsive. She is exceptional. I love this app already!

Auch der Support hat sehr schnell geholfen, da die Währungsanzeige auf Dollar gestellt war. Innerhalb von Sekunden wurde es auf Euro umgestellt. Danke dafür!
We're just starting with Joy Loyalty App. Everything works so far very good. we will use it mainly for our POS customers. Special thanks to Liz from the support team, who changed the currency sign within seconds from dollar to euro.
This app has been great so far, especially considering the price compared to some of its competitors. It's integrated well with our reviews system, and the couple times we've needed to contact support they've been quick, polite, and very helpful. Thanks to Hana for all of your help!
I chatted with Juliana today and she was super helpful! We are just getting started with Joy after using another program for many years! I cannot express how easy it was to get my questions and concerns addressed quickly. Really a good start to what I hope will be a great addition to our customer's experience.

This app is amazing! Why? It supports most of the things I wanted, although not everything I had in mind. Why would I even rate it 5 stars? I'm looking at the service in general, not just the app. Whenever you have a question, the live support is there for you immediately to provide the best assistance they can. Liz is very cooperative and enjoyable to talk to. She is a valuable asset to the team. Good job, Avada!
