Joy was pretty easy to set up. I did need some help getting the points total to show on the header and in the customer account, so Jade quickly helped me do that. She patiently answered my questions and ensured the loyalty program was set up exactly the way I wanted. I'm excited to continue using Joy.

Amazing App with Amazing customer service who guide you step by step in every kind of request
A little frustrating that the app is still very much in development. I ran into a lot of bugs which took awhile to work around (still working on several, actually...but we've only been setting up the app for a short time now). Kinda half-baked from a coding/development perspective. That being said, the team behind this app are very responsive and helpful. If you have the time and patience to walk through everything, you can get a pretty good thing going.
