Overall great app. Customer service is quick, responsive and personable (thanks, Prakash!)
Sometimes the POS integration is a bit buggy, but Shopify makes so many updates I imagine it's hard to keep things running smoothly. Love their new analytics, it seems like this team is working very hard to expand the app's capabilities.

I've started using the Joy loyalty app, which offers numerous features. While implementing Joy (as I transition to a new loyalty system), I've received excellent support from the Joy team. I'd particularly like to thank Damian and the entire crew for their assistance.
I totally LOVE Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program!!! It has all the features and integrations with other apps that I want. The customer support are really proactive (Audrey and Doris did a fantastic job helping me setting up the app). So far I don't have any complaints, and will definitely continue using Joy as my default solution for rewards and loyalty feature.
The app is simple to use and good for our strictly POS usage. It is not perfect as it seems more geared towards shopify stores that also use a website. Our business is strictly 'brick and mortar' so there are a lot of features we do not use. However the support is fantastic. We have worked with Lydia on a few different issues and she is always very helpful and patient!

The app is really nice and most of the times understandable. I have some smaller problems in the translation into german, but Tiana was very quick to get me on the right path.

I installed this app a few days ago and I have to say I'm quite impressed with it. It has a lot of great features (more features than some comparable apps that are much pricier) and yet is easy to set up. It calculates the loyalty points properly (unlike some of its competitors) and is very flexible. The support staff (including Tracy, Anivia, Abby and others) is super friendly and helpful. Overall I am very impressed and pleased!!!
