So far I've had a good experience. Esther was a great help with getting things set up. The app seems pretty easy to use and to set up.

Recently worked with Hanna and see was able to help get several features sync to my website. I will say getting the Klaviyo integration to work was a bit of a headache but we managed to get everything taken care of.

Joy Support was very patient and helpful with me as I navigated setting up my rewards program. It has taken me a while to get to this app, so much to do in getting a new website up and running. There where a few things i did not quite understand so got onto the support chat on Good Friday!!! Jasmine and Wiliam were there and within a few minuites i was up a running. Very happy and excited to use this super flexible app. Thanks Jasmine and Wiliam!!
