Tiana was super helpful in getting our new theme's Loyalty Point page all set-up! I was having trouble with being able to add the blocks and she quickly got them in there and was very kind. Love this app.

From the get-go, they impressed me with their professionalism. They were attentive, understood my requests patiently, and most importantly, understood what I was trying to achieve.

Pretty easy to setup, especially if you have some familiarity with code. Didn't love the design of the loyalty page out of the box, but again, I was able to customize it exactly as I needed ('cause I know Liquid, HTML, CSS, etc.)
What you get in the free tier is pretty substantial. Definitely enough to get you up and running with rewards. We'll be upgrading to the second tier account type soon.
Their support team is quick and great.

Sometimes the POS integration is a bit buggy, but Shopify makes so many updates I imagine it's hard to keep things running smoothly. Love their new analytics, it seems like this team is working very hard to expand the app's capabilities.
