Pretty easy to set up. When I had an issue Hana helped me right away.
I had to be transferred to a second agent as the first person wasn't as helpful, but Hana took over and helped me with my issue I was having.

It's an excellent rewards application. It would be ideal to have the option to exclude customers from the program based on their tags, instead of doing it individually.

By upgrading, you’ll gain access to this feature, allowing you to exclude customers automatically based on their tags, streamlining your rewards program.
Additionally, the Rule engine feature will enable you to reward points based on a variety of customizable conditions, such as customer segments, order details, email domains, countries, and more. This flexibility can help you tailor your loyalty program to meet your business goals effectively.

Certain important functions seem to be harder to locate than they should be, The Condition portion should be labeled Program Settings and should have its own header, not buried in the dot dot portion of the reward type. As a business if I offer something one place, I'm going to offer it in the other so this setting should be global and only allow for individual shutdown in the specific reward if needed. Appreciated the help received from Audrey.

Sometimes the POS integration is a bit buggy, but Shopify makes so many updates I imagine it's hard to keep things running smoothly. Love their new analytics, it seems like this team is working very hard to expand the app's capabilities.

The app is simple to use and good for our strictly POS usage. It is not perfect as it seems more geared towards shopify stores that also use a website. Our business is strictly 'brick and mortar' so there are a lot of features we do not use. However the support is fantastic. We have worked with Lydia on a few different issues and she is always very helpful and patient!
