Excellent points app. I installed it in one of our stores. Support helped me with a custom change and has jumped on very quickly whenever I had a question or issue. Very happy with this app. Will be installing on our second store soon.
I had a few issues setting up the Joy Rewards app and initially spoke to a couple of team members. However, it was Sonny who truly stood out. He was incredibly responsive, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly understand and resolve my issue. While others tried to help, only Sonny stayed on until everything was properly sorted. Really appreciate the dedication, thank you, Sonny!
I can't say enough good things about the customer service. Their responsiveness was a game-changer, and they didn't just give surface-level answers – they were incredibly thorough. Have had a great experience with the app so far, huge shoutout to Elle and Sonny specifically who have provided amazing customer service and have been able to assist me with a number of questions and concerns I've had.
The app itself is really quite good and we've been enjoying our trial of the Professional plan at this stage. But even the Free plan has some very generous features most other apps would expect you to pay for.
