So far it seems the app is working. I have Rich results showing on our images in google. Ilana was awesome. I was sent a review of our search results showing us when it kicked in. About 1-2 month period for us.

Added much needed JSON-LD to my shopify store, so the googles are now correctly reading my structured site data that my shopify store WASN'T set up to do correctly on it's own. Also reached out for support as I had a question about search console errors. Lightning fast response! Was able to correct the issue in my template - lo and behold no more errors! Highly recommend!

Rich results are showing for me after a few weeks of installation. Once you install the app, you get lots of email news from the team which I didn't realise would be the case. They have lots of helpful information on how to optimise your Shopify set up.
