Easy to use. Not what I expected, I ordered a sample thinking I'd get to see my logo. Fair enough it's a sample no logo. But, it took a few weeks and some complaining to get the product delivered. I'm told you need to order 5 items to get the logo. Logo = brand = why I chose to try Jubile.
My order of 5 products arrives with only 4 items in the package. And you guessed it no logo. Now I'm told that I need to order a quantity of 5 items to see my logo on the product.
I have been misled and misinformed.

I would totally recommend this app! It's user friendly and easy to navigate for beginners. I'm having fun recreating my brand with Jubilee. Fingers crossed that this is going to be the fuel that makes Brilliant Beauty Cosmetics skyrocket!!

The app forces you to put in credit card and sign up for account for $1 and opt into the monthly charges after the $1 trial in order to even to see what products they have to offer. I asked many times in chat what their skincare products were and they said they have many and to sign up to see. Once we put in the credit card we then see they only have 1 skincare product and a very limited number of products at all. The help chat also said it is very simple to just cancel you can simply just let them know in the chat and they will cancel immediately. I then asked them to cancel and they said they need you to go in and cancel following a number of inconvenient steps trying to dissuade cancellations from the monthly charges. All in all I applaud them for the concept and wish them nothing but the best. I simply think that the handling of onboarding recurring customers and cancellation process is done in poor taste.

terrible customer service, lack on info, no way to cancel your subscription. Got on a chat and asked to cancel, all they did was send me a weird screenshot that was not reassuring at all.

This app has it all! It is very user-friendly, offers a ton of high-quality products, and has excellent prices. I'm an online store using Shopify, and Jubilee has been the ideal approach for me to increase the range of products I provide in the beauty and haircare industry. This app makes it simple to add new products to my site without worrying about inventory because it provides a large selection of premium beauty and hair products for dropshipping.

I do not recommend this app. The search function is very limited and the site is glitchy. They do not have products to meet my needs. They have high minimum orders on the good stuff like lipstick.

The app seems fine enough. I wouldn't normally rate the app, because it is just not a fit for what I need, but I need to leave a review about how ridiculous the cancellation process is. You should not need to fill out a survey, create a password, enter the password, enter a special code, then "confirm cancellation" multiple times in order to cancel a free trial that requires a CC.

the fact that you HAVE to give them your credit card information just to look at what products they offer ( and there aren't that many of them) is ridiculous. Then when you try to unsubscribe, it is a 5 to 10 minute process with tons of popups, being asked over and over if you are sure you want to cancel, being required to imput your password twice and type CONFIRM as well as telling them exactly why you are cancelling. It is unnecessarilly hard which makes it seem like the business is trying to use some shady tactics. It was a bad experience. I only wanted to look at the product catalog and i got charged $1.99 from JUBILEE DROPSHIP for that.
