Dropshipping App Beauty Makeup

It appears that they're illegally using your personal data, an unauthorized login was attempted to one of my emails, and shortly after (30 mins) I received a fake customer service email from them to that exact email address. Beware

This is the worst company I have ever interacted with as a business owner. They say after payment, all orders will receive a tracking # within 1-2 business days. I first did a test customer order. After 4 days with no tracking #, I got suspicious, but it was the first order. I placed two sample orders. After 6 days with no tracking #, I messaged Jubilee in the app. They seemed very cordial and promised me they would look into it right away. After 9 days, i finally got the first #, and a few days later received the other two. The first two orders were delivered. The third was from one of their suppliers called FL Beauty. They put a tracking # on the order on 8/20…to this day(9/12), the tracking # still shows the order in pre-shipping. They told me over and over they would get in touch with the supplier then get back with me. They never did give me a reason why it never shipped. When I questioned Jubilee about how they can do busy this way, I was told, “You’re only having issues with one supplier, so just don’t order from them anymore.” So, at this point, I was now down to only having about 60% of their products available to me. The people who tried the products that were actually delivered said they were good (which is where the 1 star rating comes from), so after being promised that the first few orders were anomalies, I tried again, and put in another 3 sample orders. All orders took 1 week to start processing and I had to message Jubilee multiple times about every order before receiving a tracking #. At that point, I said, I’ve had enough. I told them to cancel and refund the last two orders I placed. I received acknowledgment that my FL Beauty order and the last two orders would be refunded. As of today, both the last two orders were processed and shipped, well after my cancellation/refund request. Stupidly, I had paid for a year membership because you needed to upgrade the membership to try premium products and I didn’t want to pay almost twice the price for monthly, so I just did the year. When I asked for a membership refund, they flat out denied, saying, “We give a one week trial so you can try our products before you purchase a membership…anything after the 1 week trial will not be refunded.” Which is ridiculous because none of their orders even STARTED processing before the one week trial ended. There was no possible way to try any of their products before then. This is quite possibly one of the biggest scam companies on Shopify. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Great company and great products

I’m leaving a good review because there was an issue placing one of my customers’ orders and Rochelle helped me to resolve the issue quickly. It means a lot to me as a small business owner that I can work out problems and keep my customers happy without any confusion or delay!
