I contacted Judge.me support on a Sunday expecting to wait until Monday for a reply. Instead, I got a response within one minute of starting the chat. The agent understood the issue right away and fixed it quickly, and the result looks exactly as it should. This level of responsiveness and competence is rare. Highly recommended.

Judge.me has been a great app for managing reviews on our store. The app works really well, but what impressed me the most was their support team. They are super helpful, responsive, and quick to understand and solve problems.

We run rugsco.ca, an online rug store based in Canada, and Judge.me has been a great fit for us. What stood out the most was how easy it was to import reviews from our existing Amazon listings when we launched new products on Shopify — saved us from starting from zero on social proof for items that already had solid reviews elsewhere. What a fab experience, Felix was so patient and helpful, I had a couple of issues (user error) and he sorted them with ease and clearly explained the process. I’m loving Judge.me and I really feel it’s going to help my website in creating that trust with my customers !!

This has been a great app to use. The only reason I am cancelling it is because I am closing the store i have it attached to.
