Judge.me Product Reviews App

I've been using Judge.me for over 3 years now. I have rarely had to reach out for support as the setup is easy to follow. The few times I have had to reach out, support has been great and quickly helped me resolve the issues I had.

The best review app out there, it integrates with many other apps, which is very important, and the team responds very quickly to our questions (not to mention their AI bot, which is impressively accurate and responds almost instantly!).

I love Judge.me. I have been using it for at least 5 years. The app is easy to use, has some amazing integrations for my product pages, and builds a lot of trust for my customers. The customer service team is knowledgeable and quick to help me add a new section or troubeshoot an issue. I highly recommend Judge.me.

I've used Judge.Me across multiple stores for nearly a decade. Great service, an app that just works all the time, and they're constantly adding new features without nickle and diming their customers. In all these years, there has been no reason to look for an alternative.

Most easy and customer friendly review app out there. Been using it for years and it's being updated and improved constantly.

Have been using this app for years on 2 of my businesses. I like the free version and the support is also very responsive for doing some minor visual adjustments!

The app interface has improved, but some functions are still difficult to locate. A search feature would greatly assist users in finding what they need. Additionally, some widgets may not work properly at times, so it’s important to check them periodically. Furthermore, the design of the review section could be enhanced to appear more professional.

Have been using Judge.me for many years. Have recently been implementing more of the widgets across the site for better review visibility. The Judgeme support team were on hand and very quick to assist and even make minor changes to the theme to ensure everything looked perfect.
