I really like Judge. me. It's really easy to use! I think this is a great app to have on your site and I'm happy that whenever I had a question, I received a response right away.

I am not very skilled at website creation and using apps. The support I received from Judge.Me was excellent and easy. It allowed me to get setup quickly.

Update: Have been using for the last 10 months. We make slight iterations on our product and the external model name to customers remains the same and we track the changes internally by changing the SKU. Every time there is a slight SKU change on a product all reviews will be lost and all automated responses are gone. Support was able to resolve by moving the reviews to the new SKU.

it is a very useful app and has a good support from the support team, the only pity is that the images are not be available.
