I have been using Judge.me on my online store for more then a year and couldn't be happier. It looks great and the team behind it are fast in solving issues and help. Very reccomended.

Judge me is a great plugin for the price and their customer service is always extremely helpful. Leandro and Rodrigo have been a delight to work with!

We're using the basic plan for judge.me and it's very straightforward and easy to use. When we had a minor issue with importing, customer support replied to me within minutes and solved my problem. I'm very satisfied so far - so much so, we'll be considering upgrading to the higher plan. Thumbs up.

Fatima provided excellent customer support. I tried to install the app on my own and she provided me with simple instructions on how to resolve the problem. She also went over and above to make sure that it was working properly.

I want to give props to the customer service team at Judge.me. Our business revolves around stellar customer service, and it is refreshing to find another business with the same commitment.

I originally signed up for the free version. Totally clueless on how to do anything and emailed them several times for help. They were so patient and always answered within 24 hours, helping me to implement things as needed. They even made a small customization for me (at no charge!).

I did eventually buy the paid version. It's too early to say how it's paying off (certainly there haven't been any glitches), but I'd say it's well worth the $15/mth just for the seo alone.

I also appreciate the emails they send every once in a while with tips. Usually I hate spam. But these emails are actually useful and each contain just enough info to be helpful without being overwhelming. Very clever of them.
