Very easy to use, customization is simple yet efficient, the free plan has everything you need. And the support being extremely useful is the cherry on top !

Like the app. And got excellent service. 10:40 PM local time, a bot starting the process, prepped me for Customer Service. Case handled in a few minutes.

Really happy with the app and the support. It has taken a bit of work to set it up exactly how I want it but now its there it runs smoothly. I have chosen the paid plan as I needed some of the functionality like the product groups. But actually getting all the extras on the paid plan has made it really worth while. So far so good!!
