Ho adorato il fatto che in pochi minuti possa ricevere assistenza dettagliata...L'unico difetto che ho trovato è l'app che forse è poco intuitiva

The app does the job. The user admin isn't the most friendly and extremely dated in terms of the UI/UX

Product reviews so far seem great. Had an incident where an archived review got stuck; but support was swift and the technician, Ben, was very quick with noticing an issue and clearing it within the backend. Not entirely sure what is the cause of that and maybe something for dev to look into; but overall, the App seems to be working as intended so far and the orphan review is no longer appearing on my page.

It's a little confusing (I just had trouble with installing review ratings) , but the costumer service (Leonardo) was great with assisting me.

Affordable with great and quick support. They're transparent about limitations. Highly recommended for a simple reviews app. My main suggestion is to improve customization options, especially for email designs. While it lacks email design flexibility, the app's functionality is impressive.

My main suggestion, coming from a designer/marketer, is that there's room for significant improvement in customization options. While I can effectively initiate review requests through Klaviyo, the limitation arises when trying to incorporate direct review options within Klaviyo emails, allowing users to leave reviews right in the email itself—a substantial feature. It's unfortunate that the appearance of these emails falls short in comparison to my other email campaigns. However, it's essential to note that the app's functionality surpasses this limitation, making it a valuable choice for now.

the chat is great and super helpful. I wish more features were part of the free deal and we didnt have to update to the "awesome" deal.
