Great app, customers are incentivized to leave reviews with a prompted email after purchase. A great way to showcase reviews on your store's site with minimal effort! Customer service is quick and helpful also, not just a random bot that can't actually provide anything valuable.

I really like this app for getting reviews for my Shopify shop.

They automatically send out review request emails, which has grown my review numbers nicely. Plus they can automatically give your customers a thank you discount code so you don't have to do it yourself.

I had to contact the customer support because I was trying to add their widget for external websites (non-Shopify) to one of my websites and it wasn't working properly. The customer support rep fixed the issue quickly for me.

I'm brand new to JudgeMe, so still getting used to the platform, but what I can say is that I'm blown away by the customer service so far. It's so refreshing to have help in real time.

There has ALWAYS been someone who answers my questions right away.

No crazy AI bots trying to act human or an autoresponder reply saying how important my questions and business are and they'll get back to me in 3 business days.

So grateful for an app that actually has old-school customer support.

This app has really enabled our website to capture and display reviews from our customers, in a better way then many other review apps. The support staff are really helpful and there when you need them and would recommend to anyone that wants a review app for their shopify website!

We have been using this app for 3 years now I think! It takes time to build up an audience and definitely takes time to manage customer feedback and this app does is beautifully. It's like a garden, you need to give it time and care and it will grow!

Beside of the Common Google reviews the best tool for review on the market! Also a must have for shops without a physical store, who arent allowed to use google reviews.

Very easy to setup and use and has worked efficiently with our shopify site for 2 years now. I have had to message support multiple times for information and have always had prompt and friendly service from their staff.

Excellent customer service, we had some issues adding reviews to a theme and they solved in less than an hour after contacting customer service!

Definitely recommend, you won't regret it!
