I have not actually used the app yet. I just uploaded it. I had some issues and questions and Victor helped me immensely. If the app is as good as your customer service, I will be in good hands with Judge Me.
Amazed at how awesome this product reviews app is. Faissal and Rodrigo from the support team quickly helped me add the reviews to my website.
I would highly recommend this app. The service has been nothing short of outstanding. I dealt with Gena, and she's been such a big help, and oh so patient! Absolutely wonderful service.

Very cool. This is the only app that helps me quickly. Their customer service team is great and was able to help me resolve my issue quickly.
THIS IS NOT FREE! You have to pay to add your logo to emails or it will have a base template saying "add logo here" sent to your customers.

Maybe there is a confusion here.
Our four default email templates are completely free to use. In these default templates, we get the logo from your store automatically or you can upload the logo to Shopify and send us the URL.
Our custom template is available on the Awesome plan ($15/month) and gives you more customization options.
If you're looking to send review requests that have your logo and match your branding, the default templates will suffice. If you're looking to collect store reviews instead of product reviews, the custom template would work best.

Great product great support. Easy to use easy to import and export reviews which is cool. And also easy interface.
