This app is easy to use and install, but I'm disappointed that you have to upgrade to the $15/month plan to customize emails. It's super important to be able to communicate with your customers in your own brand's "voice", but I just simply don't need all of the other fancy options in the paid version. Perhaps this app's developer could come up with a middle tier with a lower cost that would allow you to just customize the emails.

Great app! Love that we get everything we were looking for for MUCH less than the other apps, and PJ offers fabulous support. Beats the Shopify Product Review app in a heartbeat because of the automatic emails that ask for reviews. Thanks for making exactly what we needed!

Great app to have to import reviews and increase customer's trust on your products. Is fast and works well. Even thou some times not all the reviews are imported, but works well.

They are always responsive, always willing and ready to help fix or edit things even beyond what they are responsible for. They have set us up with features and helped us get them working. We have stars on our ads , our product ads, and now they are setting up a review site that rivals the big guys who charge way way way to much. These guys are the real deal when it comes to reviews, and showing customers you are a trustworthy and real online store.

Love the app but better yet the customer service. There is also someone always there to help no matter what time it is at night.
