judgemeの機能はさておき、迅速に質問に対応いただき解決しました。
機能面はもう少しノーコードでカスタマイズできるようにしていただきたいです。

The app interface has improved, but some functions are still difficult to locate. A search feature would greatly assist users in finding what they need. Additionally, some widgets may not work properly at times, so it’s important to check them periodically. Furthermore, the design of the review section could be enhanced to appear more professional.

使いやすいです。たくさんのレビューが集まります。
お客様が本名で間違えて投稿してしまうことが多く、匿名への変更を依頼されることがよくあるのですが、欲を言うと匿名への変更が管理側でもできるようになると有難いです。

Suggestions: Sometimes customers write reviews with a different email than the one used at time of purchase, in these cases, verified badges should be attached through customer name. Equally, customers make typos in their names and emails when writing reviews; In these cases, we should be able to attach the banner by manually associating the customer's review to their purchase. Thanks!

Has most of required review functionality. The support team helped me create a workaround for when the Reviews Widget default collects shop reviews. As I was prioritising product reviews over shop reviews (single SKU store)

All in all a decent app for handling reviews. Import & export works, many widget options, but sometimes I wish there was a bit more customizable elements to the look of the widgets (especially for brand sensitive companies).

2 support reps I interacted with needed re-explaining the problem multiple times before they understood. Consider assigning priority support with more experienced reps to Awesome plan subscribers.

Support team lead reached out afterwards and got the devs to fix the issues I reported within a few days. This is excellent, and since the technical issues on Judge.me's side got fixed, I'm increasing my rating.

Also, missing feature: search for Q&A. You can search reviews but not questions/answers.

It could just be me, but I have the hardest time finding the actual reviews. I'm not in the app everyday so I have to try and remember where the simple text link is at the bottom of the reviews panel on the main app page is to go to the dashboard. Please make the review dashboard link more prominent so I dont have to search for it. I also don't get emails saying I received a review. I get promotional emails, but not ones for actual received reviews. I have no idea how to change or fix that. The rest of the app is good and I enjoy that trust factor that it gives. It is also visually appealing.

I found this app's setup to be really complicated and difficult, but the customer support was very good at walking me through the setup process. Hopefully they will continue to improve their setup process, and the app itself seems to be performing as advertised.
