The app and support is great. Especially the support I always receive very quick and informative in-depth advice. These guys know what they're talking about

The setup was straightforward, and the platform is very easy to use! It would be awesome to have a 'delete' option for reviews, especially for practice ones created to see how they appear on the site. Right now, you can only hide reviews, which can make the folder a little cluttered with both published and hidden reviews. When sending review requests manually, they have to be sent individually, though clients who check out from the site receive all reviews in one email. It would be great if I could send multiple reviews in a single email to customers who made in-person purchases.

By far my favourite review collector, its realy simple to use and set up and if you're ever stuck on something, the customer support team is simply the best, they guide you and provide all the support you need
