Great app for collecting reviews. Customer service is very helpful and quick to respond!

The app really helps my website collect reviews and the customer support is perfect! I got my questions answered within minutes after reaching out to them. Mohamed was the guy who helped me. So far, I am happy with the experience.

Han has been really skillful and knowledgeable. She helped me with moving the review as well as answering every question I had. She was really patient and respectful. Well deserved 5 star for the app and the customer service.

Judge.me seems to have all the core features you could imagine for a review collection app. Their interface is great and they are well integrated with Shopify. I was especially happy to see a very responsive support team. They responded instantly whenever I needed any help, from setting up the review widgets to the review emails. I also had one support staffer jump into my Gempages landing page to add some custom code because the Judge.me widget wasn't available for that type of page. She also took all of my requests to tune the look and functionality of the block in Gempages to exactly my liking. Overall, great app, even better support!

I had a minor/cosmetical issue, which was very important for us to work. The support was on it within minutes, and special thanks to "Soulaimane" - it was fixed after short investigation on the fly. Good job, great team and App.
