Judge.me Product Reviews App

基本的にとても使いやすく、サポートも丁寧に対応してくださるので、大変助かっています。
一つ難点があるとすると、投稿者の名前が、名→姓の順番から変えられないので、おかしな表示になってしまう、というところぐらいでしょうか。
ここに関しては、サポートにも連絡しましたが解決しませんでした。

Really like the app itself.
But as soon as I installed it within an hour, my contact form spam started with 50+ per day. Until then we had 1 every few months.
Nothing else was changed.
I've been quickly called by Judge Me support.
They are extremely helpful at looking at the issue.
I've increased stars due to this.
It could be completely chance timing that we started getting spam for the first time ever, but I'll keep trying the app and find a work around.

I had issues with the carousel in the home page. I had to contact support twice. They replied right away and they solved the issues. They also helped me with the layout set up.

i had my troubles when trying to setup the app but eventually I managed to get through.i could tell it was easy to use and recommend this to mostly beginners

App is a little complicated getting started but the customer service is fast to reply and are very helpful. So far I am having a very good experience using this app.

verry nice app and really good customer service only the visuals are not the best with the free version.

NICE APP

So far, the app has been good. It's still early days since launching the website but I am impressed with the Support team. Their prompt responses has been great when needing assistance with something.
