I just installed Judge.me. I was able to import my reviews from a deprecated reviews app seamlessly.

I then needed to install the widgets to display the reviews and Andrew was helpful, and did all the work within minutes. I know I could have done it myself, but it would have taken a lot longer. He even used my brand colors to customize the display of the reviews.

Awful support and constant technical issues. We've been using Judge.me for 3 years across 7 of our Shopify stores, but enough is enough. They misled us into their paid plan with promises of collated reviews across our global stores. Now, they claim a 'technical glitch' is preventing reviews from our Indian store (teacurry.com) from showing on our international store (teacurry.us). It’s been three days of major sales losses, and they remain completely indifferent to our situation. With no solution in sight, we're forced to switch to another review app. Avoid using them for your store at all costs. There are plenty of other providers who won't deceive you with false promises.

Great app with many functionalities and also show rating on Google. Have used support many times and every obstacle I have ever had got solved with the help from support. This is the only app I recommend for rating on Shopify!
