very useful app, though a bit complicated.. good customer service and nice enough to give a free trial

In general, the app was easy to set up and use, the templates were good and when I reached out to their Customer Service team they were responsive and very helpful. We ended up switching away from this app to enable us to collect images in the way we wanted, but we are a bit of a unique case. I would say this product would work very well for most stores!

Pretty good. Some aspects can be confusing, but overall I'm pleased with it. The premium plan for review incentives is a little expensive in my opinion. Customer service/support is very helpful.

I am not technical at all however the customer service is great! They helped me with my issue and fixed it straight away. Would definitely recommend.

I would rate it a 5, but the app is a bit tricky to understand. lots of crazy steps, but it's good for what I need.

I had issues with the carousel in the home page. I had to contact support twice. They replied right away and they solved the issues. They also helped me with the layout set up.

Easy to install, a little bit more complicated to set up but support is there to assist you and many thanks for that.
Customization is a bit limited, but I suppose this will increase once you upgrade to the paying edition.

A solid review app. Relatively easy to customise, customer service for further customisation was extremely prompt. Love that we can group similar products (colour variations of the same item) for reviews. Settings are a bit clunky and difficult to navigate the main menu to bar, then then sub top bar menu AND a side bar menu... sometimes really have to dig to find the setting I want. Once there, it's very easy to understand. Overall, happy with using judge.me

Cette application va me permettre de savoir ce que mes clients pensent des produits qu'ils ont acheté : ça fait toujours du bien d'avoir un retour quand il est positif et si ce n'est pas le cas cela permet de s'améliorer.
C'est aussi très utile pour tous ceux qui veulent en savoir plus sur les produits avant de se lancer dans une commande !

L'installation a été rapide et l'assistance est très réactive et sympa

Could improve the backend setup area to make it more user friendly, its a little confusing to figure things out but overall good value for money.
