best shopify app, best support response time thank's a lot
Extremely limited features. Be warned, if you decide to uninstall this app, their reviews will still pop-up on your store even after widgets are removed.
Support was absolutely no help. Just gaslit me and told me it wasn't their review app, when indeed it was. I ended up having to reinstall the app just to manually delete all of my reviews (only 25 at a time - such a pain and waste of time).

To confirm, it seems that our reviews/ratings were synced to the theme metafield, which can only be disabled within the theme. We might be able to disable this for you, for which we will need a collaborator access.
Appreciate you taking the time to remove the reviews manually to resolve this issue. Moving forward, we will work with the theme providers to make sure when the app is uninstalled, the metafield will be disabled as well.
I switched from another app to this one. This one is so much more clear, the reviews look much cleaner on the website and in emails, more user friendly interface, and the staff contacted me and set everything up for free and customised the colours to be on brand for my website. Happy as!
Within minutes of downloading the app within Shopify I had a team member names Jess send me a message asking if I needed help getting everything set up. She added the review functions to all the pages, adjusted the colour scheme to match our website and adjusted the font sizes. This is the best customer experience I have had with a tech product. Incredible. You are amazing Jess - thank you!!

The judge.me app is great, its simple and its easy for customers to leave a review on their favourite product for all the see. When they do we get notified and we can read each review with pride and happiness. Thank you for the customer support as well, its been absolutely helpful!
Great App for product reviews. It helps to gain trust of customers along with the product review. One thing great about this app is we are getting more customers reviews when compared to other apps. Can see increase in conversions after installing this app.
