thank you really responsive to my problems fast solutions
Great customer service! I highly appreciated Cassiano's help and time as they were very professional. Our team looks forward to using this app on all of our Shopify stores.
After wasting 2 hours of my time, I deleted the app to find another one. Changing over from Product Reviews as a mandatory change from Shopify, this app was recommended. But they require their own .csv format which requires you to MANUALLY change each product link and date of review removing the TIME of the review manually and adding the LINK MANUALLY because it is different the the Product Views Export.
Unless you are a new business, save yourself a nightmare.
We're truly sorry to hear that you were having an issue importing reviews from Shopify Product Reviews.
To clarify your concerns, it is possible to use the export file from the Product Reviews app and import it to Judge.me, without having to change anything. The time and product links only need to be added manually if the store wants to create their own CSV file.

Diligent follow up on my initial reason to not proceed, and fast at that. Collaborator login to Shopify was within minutes and a resolve email shortly after that. I'm impressed so far. Let's see how reviews go.

I was hesitant to email support as it usually takes quite a while, even a couple of days, to get a response and then can be a bit of back and forth at cross purposes. Heard back from in less than 2 hours and directed on how to find message chat plus offered to edit the coding for me. Message chat was also excellent and VERY helpful for someone new to this app. Apps can be all well and good until something goes wrong but not with Judge.me. Does a lot more than the previous app I used. Really happy to recommend!
At this moment I am very happy with the app en the service. I asked to adjust a few things and this was no problem.
