perfekter Kundenservice.
einen stern abzug, weil man den kundenseervice für dinge kontaktieren muss, die man eigentlich selbst machen können sollte. bspw. allgemeine farbänderungen.
aber wie gesagt dank kundenservice schnell gelöst !

I love free features but decided to upgrade so that I could further customise the colours to fit my store. I was unable to change one of the colours myself however the online support resolved this within minutes - so impressed with their service! I would love a little more options in layout customisation but that's likely me just being picky.

Very good and fast customer service, helping and answering everything that you need! Eased me from the problems that I met on the way.
It is a bit complicated then i thought it would be I wish there were more features for those who are using a free plan.

Our free plan is very extensive so there's a high chance it has already included what you need somewhere ^^

I will say that they have awesome customer support and will work with you to help you achieve your goals. They were able to by pass the std setting to send review requests from the date of install forward and they did que up my previous sales prior to installing to send out to all my customers.

Excellent app for my shopify store. Good customer support service.
I used the app because this has an integration with Pagefly set up. Earlier I was using the reviews from Vitals and those looked extremely professional. The reviews on Judge.me looks great, but, I wish it came with more customizations to match with the store theme. Overall good, support executives are excellent, no doubt about that.
