I contacted Judge .me for support when I couldn't see any of the reviews on my website after exporting them from another Shopify App that was no longer supported. Andrew sent me a reply pretty much immediately and even offered to do the necessary steps (installing the widgets) to make it work on my website. I have given him access and it was done on the same day. Wow... I'm really amazed at the service and super fast response from that company. Indeed outstanding! Daniel was super helpful in solving a pretty major oopsie of mine. This app has been super easy to use and the support team has their stuff together! Setup took only a few minutes and adding widgets is cut and dry. The free option is great for us starting out, and looking at some of the paid options I definitely plan to upgrade as we scale.
