Judge.me Product Reviews App

New to Judge.me but so far experiencing the functionality on the website GREAT. Mohammed assisted greatly and his service is fast and on point. The only downside is the Review Request Email format for Outlook emails is scrambled and not working, even though template setup and editing is great, the actual email delivered is far from it (work on other platforms) - Hope they can sort that one out soon. If they do, then it's a full on 5 star!

The customer interface is not very intuitive so it's confusing to navigate and set things up. The customer service is very helpful and responsive though so that makes it better!
So glad to have a customizable review platform that sends of review requests!

The app is pretty solid. I had a small bug with the preview badge displaying twice, contacted customer service and they took care of it quickly. The import from aliexpress app that is connected to judge.me is great. Huge time saver. What i do not like about this app is the menus and settings are really confusing. There needs to be better navigation. I also found that some of the settings that were only offered in the paid plan should have been made available in the free plan. like not being able to sort the order of the reviews on your product page.

I believe the app offers many options to be used. I am currently on the free plan and started using it. So far I found it more difficult to install the app and load reviews via CSV files than on other review apps. Maybe there is a bit of an overkill of features and forms to be filled out. Perhaps I still have to get to know it better. The customer service is very helpful!

Very good app, great experience with the support team, I dont really like the UI and there is a lack of options but everything apart is really good !
