I had good experience with the customer support.

Awesome customer support. I had issues with email verification (DKIM) & the issue got resolved with in few minutes of reaching out the customer support via chat.
The support personnel was also helpful in clarifying other queries.

Update: Recently we faced issues with 'Write a Review' button not displayed in Chrome browsers in some mobile devices & reported to Judge.me support. The support team was very responsive & resolved the issue in less than 12 Hrs.

14/06/2024: Brian from suppor team was very helpful in quickly fixing the name label in customer review reply.

This is an awesome app will in the near future plan to upgrade.
