I am new to Judge.me and Gena from Customer Support reached out and helped me. She created a video walking me through it, sending me pictures and helping me for almost half an hour. The customer service and this product are very good, and its all free. Would recommend it.

The team created a widget for my home page so that customers could easily click through to leave a review. The widget was uploaded and active on my site in less than 24 hours. Excellent service

We've just started using this app and so far it seems fantastic, quick and easy to set up. I needed a little bit of help, and Samuel was absolutely amazing!

This app is super easy to use and looks great on my Shopify site. It automatically sends review requests to my customers and makes the whole process very easy. It's also customizable, which is nice.

The app itself is very diverse, even with the free version you can cover some good ground.

What completly convinced me is the customer service tho. I had an answer within like 5 minutes and direct help with niche problems wher i received the needed attention and sime workarounds. Getting this even as a "free" customer is 5 stars for me!

Good features in the starter plan and the paid plan is also quite reasonable, very promt and helpful support team (Thanks Hakima)
