Customer service is great. They are always available. Spend the WHOLE day with customer support setting up App and customizing to fit on brand. Originally had Look at $34.99, this App has the same features with better customer support

We have recently installed Judge.me on our website, and so far the onboarding, importing as well as the verification process have been rather seamless. The support team has been very helpful and prompt in their email replies.

Was planning to try out the app but agent Ron helped me beyond words! In a matter of minutes he was so fast to help me set up my store widgets, while asking for permission and showing me everything that is missing, and how to fix it! Setup was so smooth and quick, all thanks to him! Great experience, app looks amazing in store, everything looks smooth and will surely upgrade my plan.
