Switched from Stamped. During the transfer process, Judge.me support was very good and quick. UI is nice and simple. All works well. Five stars!

I am very happy with the app and I installed it on my second store too. Support is best I have ever seen. True 24/7 support from real people who solve the issues quickly.

Love the functionality, that it is only applicable for customers who have ordered to avoid fake reviews. I'm on the free version and it works well. Chat Desk always answers immediately and solves the queries straight away. (Thanks Christian!)

Great support team! There is a real human available whenever you need help! Jess was helpful, patient and took her time to explain the different options and how to set them up. The review app itself has all the features for conversion and is built for ecommerce. I am very satisfied so far!
