The app interface may be slightly overwhelming at first, however customer support is extremely competent and helpful, and makes excellent suggestions to increase ease of use.

Webshop is not live yet so can't say much about functionality there - but the customer service has been great so far!

We started using the Judge.me app this year on our Shopify store and came to the conclusion that the app is outstanding. We had been looking for an alternative to Yotpo which is what we had been using for a very long time but Yotpo's app has become somewhat outdated and lacking versatility in different ways. Judge.me is looking so much more robust, packed with tons of features that really excite our team to want to explore and test with our store. Loads of customization options on the widget's front end and if there's anything you see lacking a dedicated tweaking option, live customer support takes care of it for you in real time within just a matter of minutes.
