The automations are very helpful and the assistance rendered (in my case, by Felix) was patient and thorough. Had a slight issue with a really old review (more than 3 years) popping up and affecting my ratings for a wrong set of products. Thankful that Felix helped me to fix it quickly.

I've tried other apps, and i never had better customer service experience, as soon as i downloaded the app, an agent was reaching out to help with adding the widget to my store, to save me time, definitely worth adding to your store.

Each time I've contacted Customer Service regarding any issues, their response time was quick and they corrected whatever the problem was. I really like Judge.Me as a review app for my online store. Things have been going very well with them thus far and for that, I am MOST grateful!
