has been pretty easy to use so far

its was a good experience and good service and fast

Seems to be very well featured, almost confusingly so.

A lot of features (like even just a list of your reviews on a reviews page) that would be useful are behind their paywall.

Would Have been 3 stars, since its not my favorite design and the customization is very limited. I would like better customization options and a not so confusing layout for finding where to customize. For some reason I had review stars with my product that I couldn't customize or remove. Then I added stars I could customize, but then I had two star ratings. My only choice was to contact support. ...

Oualid has been very helpful understanding why I wasn't able to see the reviews on top of the dashboard.

Have been using the app for several years but recently downgraded to the free version for the moment.

My shop specializes in one-of-a-kind pieces, and it makes the most sense to be able to consolidate my reviews in one review page (available only to $15 a month users), but as I sell a limited number of items per month the cost per review is rather great as I rarely receive more than a couple ...
