Judge.me Product Reviews App

Very easy to use app - the service they provide is also amazing.

Integration is very simple and the reviews look great on my site.

I used the app to answer customer questions today. I had a little trouble navigating to find the questions, but with a little help from Cesar using their chat help, I was able to find what I needed and answer pending questions with ease.

They provide a very good customer service. They will to help with their best and as fast as possible.

I just started using judge.me and I must say it was very easy to install. I did not contact support because it was very intuitive. I only have the free version right now as I want to test it before I commit, but I'm already impressed and will most likely upgrade soon.

Great app with excellent customer service!

The nice people in customer support will really look after you and make sure everything is working and looking like it should.

Update (one year later): Judge.me continues to be a fantastic app with support that is unparalleled. PJ and his team are on top of their support requests and work in a timely and very professional manner. I just wish that Google would approve them as a feed provider. Fingers-crossed!

Original review: This app is fantastic!! PJ has provided us top-notch support and this app has gotten us more product reviews in the last two weeks than we got all last year. It is so nice for us and future customers to be able to hear how much people love our products. This app is super easy to set-up and does the review solicitation work for you.

I love using this app. Really easy to set up, use and follow up. I also love how it displays the reviews on my website. Customer service it's always very efficient too.

This is a useful app we are using it now for 4 months and we do not regret our decision.
We love that it has a feature that customers can ask questions about products and publish our answers, also the requests for reviews are send out by the app.
Secondly, the support team is fast and will help you solve the problem.
Some minor issues:
One thing which was a bit too enthusiastic of them was that they install certain features without you asking for them. So, our layout changed 3 times without us asking for it.
Also, we would love a rule to exclude products from the review requests. Say all products with tag Y will be excluded from requests. Now we have to do that manually for all new products.
Otherwise we highly recommend it.

This is the by far the best Review App. It's not to expensive and the support is amazing!! They quickly fix issues that come up as we keep our theme updated Thank you.
