They also integrate with many other apps which can be helpful. Thanks, yet again, y'all!! 8/29/17 Update: Still Love!! After a little difficulty with something, I passed along the feedback. Unsolicited, they quickly tweaked/improved & let me know. I respect pride in work & excellence. Thanks, y'all! :D LOVE this app after FLOUNDERING with multiple other apps. This 1 covers the bases & serves its purpose really well!! They have been communicative with every question & even custom installed coding/perfect custom set up when it didn't happen to automatically jive with my new shop theme. Easy to use, auto sends review requests + appealing posts to my Biz FB page. Another plus...you can add item groups in settings to appropriately share reviews on listings that otherwise look left out. Major Woo Hoo & Thanks! ~SA~

This app is truly amazing. The set up went flawlessly and after working through all the options I have, I had a list of questions and the technical service member Quynh was immediately available via chat and answered me all the questions and helped me with some custom design requests! I am seriously impressed!
