I just installed and set up and so far very pleased with the ease of use, presentation on my site and importing of existing reviews. Additionally, when I initially installed and was adding widgets, I clearly missed a step and Hakima from the Judge.me team reached out to me in the messaging tool to offer to fix it, and did! She was a great help and answered a few additional questions that I had. Very pleased and appreciative!

Have just switched from Stamped to Judge me. Assistance from Soufiane on install and set up was great. Looks to be all in place on the site and will keep an eye on review requests plus reviews coming through to Google Shopping.

I did a lot of research on review apps and finally chose the Judge.Me app.
However, after installing the paid app without hesitation, I ran into a roadblock when I couldn't find the URL for our logo.
That's when I decided to reach out for online chat support.
Ron was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire setup process.
