I am so happy with the assistance I received from Abderrahman in chat support! I was having trouble learning how to transfer over my older reviews from Shopify to the Judge.me app, and he quickly asked for my csv file and actually did it for me! We just switched to Judge.me, and their customer service has been amazing! We had some technical issues on our end and they were able to walk us through/fix what we needed as soon as we needed help!

Very helpful customer service! Ron was very very helpful. Actually I wasn't still sure to use the app instead of the previous app but he really quickly and nicelly helped me to install and customize. Very happy :)
