i needed help and cassiano a customer rep helped me out and he was very efficient i did not have to go back and fourth with him like many other customer service from other companies. he was very quick and helpful

Definitely a must-have. Also, it imports the reviews from Shop sales channel (shopify). The app is very flexible and I just upgraded to Awesome so I can collect the reviews from the past orders. WOW!

This app is very easy to use and Ron is so helpful, he answered all our inquiries and also helped to upload our store reviews on the app. 5 stars service! :D
