Works great, a standard app to add to your Shopify website. Should be on your launch checklist when launching a new site. Support has gone above and beyond for a small request for customization and they're great.

We're a small family business that never had the time to set up shop/product reviews on our old websites. After migrating to a new host, we decided to add reviews to our website after over 10 years of offering our products online. The app is intuitive once you get the hang of it. Integrating it into themes and pages is easy. Customization of themes and the like is straightforward. Setting up email, widgets, and more is simple. The email review request setup is highly customizable. Post-sale discount sharing options and so much more are available.

The shining light is the responsive and helpful support team. They're incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to answer our questions. So far, every issue we've encountered has been addressed in less than a few hours.

I am very happy with this app. It has a lot of options. And the support is exceptional. Abderrahman from the support solved my small problem within a few minutes. I was really pleasantly surprised by the fast response and problem solving.

Terrible support and constant technical issues. We've used Judge.me for the past 3 years across 7 of our Shopify stores, but we've had enough. They tricked us into their paid plan with promises of collated reviews across our global stores. Now, they blame a 'technical glitch' for why reviews from our Indian store (teacurry.com) aren’t appearing on our international store (teacurry.us). It’s been three days of significant sales losses, and they remain completely indifferent to our situation. Still no solution, so we're forced to find another review app. Avoid using them for your store at all costs. There are many other providers who won't deceive you with false promises.

I was confused on setting up my judge.me account and Claudio was able to get on and take a look and reassured me that everything was now in place. The feedback was helpful.

Love it, all the various widgets and reminders for customers to submit and review (and reward them too) make this a really useful tool to build customer trust in our brand
